Phil Turner Case Study
Norwich City is a football club all about family and the Regional Development Programme pride ourselves with being able to develop everyone from our participants right through to our full time staff members.
‘The RDP has helped me massively over the last six years while I have been here, giving me opportunities to coach across a range of different programmes. They have helped me progress onto my UEFA B License coaching badge which I am currently working towards which I am thoroughly enjoying. Following this I aim to see if I can continue to progress with the club’.
Since joining us Phil has worked across a number of our programmes excelling in each, through the hard work he has put in Phil has highlighted the career pathways which are available to motivate individuals at the RDP to make a career for themselves in an industry they love
