We are aware that iFollow hasn’t run smoothly on occasion - particularly for overseas subscribers. We have been working closely with the EFL and their broadcast partners - who provide the service to Norwich City Football Club and the majority of EFL clubs - to improve the offering and get it to the standard we had expected at the start of the season.

We have been told by the EFL that late-stage testing is being carried out on technology that will allow us to use BBC Radio Norfolk’s commentary on all remaining home games from January 20, when we face Sheffield United. We are hopeful to receive confirmation of this in the next couple of weeks.

While we are one of only a handful of EFL clubs to provide commentary on iFollow for the majority of games, we want the best possible service for our subscribers. Ensuring we can use Radio Norfolk’s commentary on home games is something we’ve been pushing for since the start of the season, as fan feedback tells us that it significantly enhances the coverage.
